FOI in a time of crisis

Coronavirus and the associated lockdown has had a huge impact on everyone and everything. In my latest article for PDP’s FOI Journal, I’ve provided an overview of all the developments affecting FOI, from legislative changes (and repeal of many of them) to guidance from regulators. I’ve also made some suggestions as to how practitioners and their public authority colleagues should manage the impact of COVID-19 on FOI services. The article can be found here.
